Hello, I am getting ready to get some chickens of my own and I found this great forum! After I get the run and coop all set up Im hoping to find 2-3 Araucanas chicks (Easter Eggers), 2-3 Delaware/Plymouth Rock/or/Red-Black Stars.

But Iam having issues locating some Araucanas (Easter Eggers) on Whidbey Island. Any one know where I can find my great egg layers..?

Feed stores will sometimes have Easter Eggers (EE's, often incorrectly called Araucanas or Ameraucanas - both purebred breeds that are much less common than EE's)
