Hello from Ohio

Hello, New member here. I have been reading these forums for several weeks now, and only today decided to join. I am a high school teacher who cares for a small hobby farm with my husband in central Ohio. We have bantam chickens, Muscovy ducks (the forum on changes being made to ownership of these ducks is what prompted me to join), jumbo Coturnix quail, Valley quail, (we have had all of these for a little over a year now), 3 Himalayan cats, 2 adopted "barn/garage" cats, 2 Pomeranian dogs, an adopted chow/lab mix and a aviary of small finches and canaries. We will be adding horses just as soon as I can get a barn built and fencing up. No Kids of our own...(I teach, so in some ways that counts) so our animals ARE our kids. Really love this site and have learned a lot.
