Hi! I am pretty new to this. Well kinda. We got our first 4 chicks last year from a tractor supply company. Only 2 survived and are kicking out eggs for us almost everyday. Then we added 6 easter eggers this year already. LOL But that isn't enough for me. Two of my children have decided to do 4-H for the first time this year. So I started doing research and fell in love with silkies, sizzles, and showgirls. I haven't found any in my area yet but plan to add them along with some other good egg layers to the bunch. Thank God my children love to help and my husband is pretty understanding
