Welcome to BYC! I'm in Missouri now, but spent many years in various Oklahoma locations. I got smart finally and moved out LOL, but still consider myself an Okie. I don't envy your heat, humidity and tornadoes, though! Looking forward to hearing stories of your chickens, and seeing pics!

funny you would mention the heat because right now that is my main concern with summer coming on and we already have had some 90 degree days. Right now they are in a tractor and we can move them from shade to shade but we are getting ready to revamp the old chicken coop that grandmama used to use and add a big enclosed run outside of it using two large dog kennels because they are going to out grow the tractor fast.
