Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. Your coop looks nice. My only concern is that you look like you live in rural area where predators may lurk. You might want to cover that welded wire fence with hardware cloth (not chicken wire) and put a hardware cloth top over the run as there are a number of predators that can either sqeeze through the openings in your fence, or climb or fly over the fence.
