Hey I am also from Omaha... We have two girls right now but will be expanding this spring... my dad got my wife and i started by getting an Omlet and letting us "try" backyard farming for a few seasons... its a great hobby and we will be building a more perminate home for our additions once the ground thaws. if you have any questions about raising chickens in omaha pm me i'd love to let you in on what i've learned so far!
