Select the Forums tab then go the section of the forum that you would like to post under (for example Raising Baby Chicks or Managing Your Flock). Before the first thread you should see a blue box that says Post New Thread. Click on that.

If you are using the app it may be different. I stopped using the app because of the bugs.
