I am getting some help this weekend with a coop as I am not a carpenter but very anxious to learn. So, I am now faced with how many chickens to get for a first timer who wants egg production and fryer and roasters as well. Also, what type. So I am now happy to see that there seems to be a wealth of information here to peruse and I hope to find my answers. I am certainly always willing to hear what others have to offer by way of sage advice as well.
