Hello from Oregon

I had chickens as a child, but this is my first time with chickens as an adult. Having a great time so far. I have three amerauracanas, about 4 and half months old. I am already ready to get more, and they haven't even started laying yet!

I am married, have two children ages 7 and 11, and three cats. Right now I am working part time as a substitute teacher and am going back to school for my Master's in Library and Information Science.

I have already received some great help and advice over the last few months and decided to join the forum. Thanks all!
