Our story...
I bugged the heck out of my husband until he let me get some chickens.
We were given 30 laying hens and one roo.
Currently they are laying 50 dozen a month.
Then...we went and bought 12 little babies
I smuggled 6 additional in.
Plus 2 more.
Then (because I think I may be a chicken hoarder) 22 little straight run banties and polish chickens have joined us.
The older ones all free range and the littles are in a big pen in the garage until they are old enough to go outside.
We are still trying to figure out which chicken is what breed and I'll be looking for help on here for sure!
I've really enjoyed looking through all the posts on this board and am looking forward to getting to know some of y'all!
