Hello, I am a newbie to this site and to raising chickens. I have 9 - almost 3 week old chicks. 3 New Hampshire Reds, 3 Brown Leghorn and 3 Golden Nuggets. I purchased them from our local Tractor Supply Store when they were 5 days old. I also took a seminar there on "How to Care for Baby Chicks", which was helpful. They seem happy and healthy and they are growing fast! I love them!
