Hi Everyone! We just got our first chicks a week ago, and so far, so good. We are new to "farming " so I welcome any advice on raising our little flock. We live in the country, but this is our first attempt at "livestock" other than a bunny. I hope to get more chickens, maybe a few ducks and some piggies if this goes well.

My only advice - make more space than you think you'll need. Chicken math afflicts many on this site and it sounds like you're displaying the early symptoms.
