We are in St Catherine's, near Cornwall. We are originally from NB but came here for my husbands work. I hope we I can get things going this spring with a few chickens, but it depends on how busy we are. We took on a big renovation and of course bit off more than we could chew. My main plan is to be set up first then go looking for chickens. I've noticed that there are a few adds on kijiji but no mention of heritage breeds. I'll keep in touch and let you know if I find any sources.

I'm also a newbie & from PEI. I love this site. LOTS of great information. I have 15 chicks, they are almost 8 weeks old. One of my Australorps crowed for the first time today!!
