I used to live in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area for a while. PA is a beautiful state - have they fixed the turnpikes, yet?

LOL on the Turnpike. It is always under construction and I avoid when travelling. We are here in Central PA, close to State College/Happy Valley.
