I always look here for answers so i thought it was time i joined!
We currently have 30 chickens---nearly 29 today! We had a hawk attack but the hen is fine. Most are speckled sussex and we are working on breeding them. We just started with them (speckled sussex) this summer---although we have kept chickens for eight years.
