Hello! I’m Victoria
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Naw, old hand. Had some growing up and have had them as an adult for six years
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have six chickens. One of the original batch (EE that is still one of my best layers), a four year old, a two year old and three babies that are 18 weeks. And two ducks.
(3) What breeds do you have?
EE, Columbia wydonette, white leg horn, blue leg horn, RIR, another blue chicken that I’m spacing the breed of.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
They are funny and eat bugs
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
All the homesteading stuff
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
we have dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, rabbits, goats...my kids are 17 and 21. Divorced. I’m a project manager at a fintech company
