Hello everyone,
I have read through numerous posts and have at last decided to join. While I don't have any poultry at the moment, we should get some in a year or two. I am not a newbie chicken farmer though and had 25 laying hens (sex-sal-link brown) at our last place. I had 5 backyard hens in an ark, but the bylaw officer pointed out that we weren't allowed them in town

Anyway, we have since purchased 15 acres and will have poultry again soon - ducks, chickens, and possible some other kinds if my son has his way.
