Just joined the site and I love it already so much information!!! I am not new to having chickens but it has been a few years since I had any. I raised 20 RR chicks into full adulthood and started getting eggs daily
until.........the Valentines Day Massacre. I went to the feed store to get my feed and when I got home my Golden Retriever had found a way into the coupe and all of my hens were gone
feathers were everywhere and so I didn't get anymore. Since then I have moved my poor retriever has passed away and I am ready to try this again. I am in the process of building a coupe that is dog proof!! I am using pallets and as soon as I am able I will post pictures. I love watching the chickens peck and play and I can hardly wait to get them. This time I will be getting Easter Eggers and I don't know a whole lot about them. I am so glad I found this site!!!
