Thank you! It was finally starting to have nice-sized apples on it. Ah, well, the bigger and smaller trees all survived, and it'll at least make some nice firewood for next winter.

Thanks, I've attached a few! I do a mix of nerdy and non-nerdy pieces, no big windows (yet). I need to do some chicken ones, I think!

Sorry about that apple tree. I had a 5 year old red bud tree that was twisted in two by a nor'easter (what would be a sou'wester on your side, I suppose). It was very beautiful, but had great big leaves, and lots of them, because leaf was the main feature of that variety. We were so sad, and I bet you are, too. Just getting close to bearing for you! :hugs

I definitely will, thank you! It was a very, very odd day--I've lived in Ireland for five years now, and I think it was the windiest I've seen, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't be prepared for the "once every five years" winds. The permanent coop is in a very protected location, thankfully.
