I bought 4 chicks 3 years ago and I have loved being able to walk 10 steps out the door to gather fresh eggs every day. I also love being able to give eggs away as a gift to others. Recently had trouble with my chickens wandering too far away from the fenced in yard (after hopping fence) and getting attacked by fox though.

Sorry to hear about your fox troubles. Predators are always a problem for chicken owners and chickens don't understand that we fence them in to protect them!
