Hi neighbor I not far from you West side of Joliet (Essington RD) I believe you can look on line for Ordinance, I was told by my Counsel man that Joliet mirrored from Naperville’s I thought Naperville? I have 3 Buff Orpington’s 1 sexlink, 2 Barred Rocks still in brooder. Even Plainfield allows chickens. These Birds are for the most part pretty quiet, except after they lay.Hi, everyone! I am in Will Co. I saw that will co allows it but figured it was different for each town though.If you are in Will county? You are allowed chickens, no roosters. Google Will County chicken ordinance. It does not say how many hens you may have, you might have to ask local government.
