I am in Eldo too. I live in Pilot Hill. Transplant fresh from San Diego. We are just getting used to the country life. Got chickens first and hope to have some other livestock in the future.

So nice to "meet" you! I'm about a thousand feet higher in elevation and only moved here in 2011, from West Sacramento where I lived for four years before moving here. Prior to that, I spent 20 years in Monterey County with a short few year hiatus during that time in Orange County... I never, ever thought I would keep chickens... But now that I have 'em I wish I'd done this <I><*big wave encompassing flock*></I> so long ago.

You're not a Flatlander any more.
