Hello all!
I got my first 6 chickens last April so am new to raising chickens. However, over the past year I’ve had quite the learning experience and it never ends!
Currently I have 8 Chickens: 1 Polish (EggRoll), 2 Silkies (Elsie & EggWhite), 2 Sapphires (Penny & Ezzy), 1 White Leghorn (Ivry), and 2 Brown Leghorns (Marcella & Dumpling).
The Leghorns are new to the flock and we’ve been having some issues that I’ve turned to chicken groups for help. In doing so, I met many wonderful people…one who suggested I join Backyard Chickens for better input and information…so here I am!
I look forward to learning more and being the best chicken mom I can be!
