I think it is we who have much to learn from your life experience @rahmis4ri1. Have you looked over the incubator designs for something easy to source locally in our knowledge center? Providing families with fresh eggs sounds as though you will need a larger flock. Children incubating chicken eggs is a great biology project that does not require a huge financial outlay.

HI Allen, thanks for the kind words, I'm a total beginner at this! My goal is to start having them lay consistently, and so far the chicken raising I've seen around me are all very laid back and super low maintenance, which I guess results in inconsistent egg production. So I'm trying to do more for the flock.

Thanks for the incubator idea, I haven't really thought of that. Maybe the children can make an incubator we could set it at the same, that would be fun.
