Hi Paula. Nice to meet you. I'm Angela. We live in Colorado. Winters are different here and the chickens need to be hardy. We also have a Welsummer. Not too good in winter but they have a nice cozy place to roost and stay warm and safe. Welcome to the forum and here's a photo of my Welsummer. I think they are so pretty.
