I'm new to owning chicks myself, but both my husband and I we're raised on farms, so we have that sense of familiarity.
We currently live in a place with a large backyard, understanding neighbors, and no city ordinances, so we are able to get a start on ourdream farm! (Now we just need the 'farm' part)
We have 2 children, a boy-9yrs and a girl-18mo, a golden retriever, a cat, and now 11 new members of our family...
3 silver laced wynadotes, 3 buff orpingtons, 2 light brahamas, 2 plymoth rocks and a speckled sussex I got for free for ordering 10!
When researching how to care for chicks I found this website and became hooked!
I hope to learn from other people how to care for my chicks naturally!!
