Hi There,
I'm new to this forum and to raising Chickens. I have six baby girls (at least we think their girls). 2 Buff Orpingtons, 2 rhoade islands, and 2 barred rocks. I'm kinda hoping for one rooster, but not sure that would go over well with the neighbors, but honestly the dogs around here are up barking before the sun. My girls are about 2 weeks old and growing fast. They currently live in my breakfast/ gardening room, while they await the soon to be built coop. Still working out the kinks for the run. We have a lot of city Raccoons and I've even seem some hawks lately.
