Hello, I was deworming my flock for 7 days (dewormem from vet, two chickens have had roundworms in their poop). Last doze of cure was on Wednesday and today is saturday. One hen who has roundworms in poop was acting normal since yesterday. I found her in the morning sitting in nesting box acting like she wanted to lay an egg. She didnt, so she left coop and act lethargic, standing in one place, not sctratching. I thought she might be egg bound and i gave her warm bath, checked with finger and vaseline for egg but i didnt feel anything there. Now its saturday morning and she sits in one place and resting (doesnt want to eat and drink). Her comb is red and the area around vent is a bit swollen. The vet will be available on monday so I am really worried since its saturday. What can I do?

Thats her poop from yestarday, after warm bath she ate some grain and drank some water. Today she doesnt want anything to eat and drink

Other people will come with better, more specified advice, but for now, put honey in her water, if you have a multivitamin pill, crush it and put in her water ass well. If she doesn’t drink or eat at all, give it in a more concentrated form, using a syringe to her mouth.

Sorry your hen is unwell after deworming.

Sometimes their intestines can get blocked by tangled dead worms or they can get affected by the toxins the dying worms excrete if there were many inside.
You can try to flush her using chilled bits of coconut oil or epsom salt water.

How old is she and when did she last lay an egg?
What kind of dewormer did you use?

@Eggcessive or @Wyorp Rock may come up with more ideas.

She is over a one year old. The last time she lay an egg was around two weeks ago.
