Good to be here. We have 6 Hens and 1 rooster. Currently converting a 12x10 storage shed into a functional chicken house.
Our goal is to end up with 12 laying hens.

Out of interest, I typed ‘converting shed to coop’ in the search option and came up with way more threads that I thought there would be so if you have not already done that and are looking for some ideas, might be worth a try.

Thanks everyone,
Coop conversion nearly complete, just some painting on the exterior left.
It went well, cost a bit more than I expected but overall we are happy with it. Ill post some pics soon.
We have 3 Turkins, 3 others that I cant tell you what the breed is, my Wife knows though, and also 11 straight run Black Astrolorp chicks. Oh - and one Rooster in denial.
And a 3 month old Great Pyranees pup.
Great people here on the BYC and good info too !
