Hi Yall , Would like to thank everybody that helps run the site, has been very helpful, i started with chickens after my friend brought over a RIR rooster an 2 mixed breeds chicks he hatched. i went to feed store 2 days later an got 2 Americana chicks, then 2 more,,, then 3 yellow Sussex, an 2 barred rock, 2 more mixed breeds from friend,an 4 black sex links ,,, i believe i am done for this year. Am thinking about meat birds for next year. The only one that really likes to be petted is the rooster. September will hopefully start getting eggs. And thanks to everybody who has posted information.
