Hello from Texas

Hi, I am new here, but not new to chickens. We have had a backyard flock for about 8 years and I would like to learn a little more than just tossing feed out to them and collecting eggs. We are in Texas, near Dallas. We have chickens, ducks, goats, dogs and one cat.
