Hello from the Armpit of America!!

Hi everyone!

I have 4 chicks so far, 1 Barred Rock,1 Jersey Giant, 1 Americana and 1 Seabright banty(I think). They have become my obsession! For a while I thought I was going chicken cookoo, until I started reading threads here and realized I am not the only one!

I have not yet built my coop, but have been drawing up plans with the hubby. I can't wait! My babes are almost 3 weeks old and with our weather, I think they should be fine to be outside within the next couple of weeks. Let's cross our fingers!!

Thank you all so much for teaching me all I have learned here. This really is a wonderful site full of good ideas and great info. I look forward to getting to know all of you!
