Ha, ha! Your chicks must be SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cute!

Yeah, we just got 2 and 1/2 week old rhode island red hens. They're adorable and they're sleeping!
We're goingt to get a coop soon, but who knows when they're going to need it!
Right now, they're in their box snoozing...oh my gosh, yours must be ADORABLE with all the different colors.

Well hope this forum informs you on raising the chicks
What kind of living quarters are the chicks living in now?
I hope secure and heated.
The chicken coop will be needed soon
I have lots of articles for newbies in my web site
Appreciate your delema
happy chickens and coop building

debiraymond - thanks! I'm Ok with hijacking...we all do it at some point!

AwsumnessofChickens -Don't you just love the sleeping babes?!!! They just tickle me pink...I never thought I would love them as much as I do! I so look forward to watching them grow...I think they are just lovely! (dramatic maybe? LOL)

Glenda L Heywood - The chicks are in a large plastic tub with a heat lamp. They seem to be happy as clams in there. I take them outside in my veggie garden daily for a little fun in the sun so they can stretch their wings and peck around. The coop and run should be done by next weekend, which we are excited to get started on. I would love to read what you have on your page, is there another thread with a link in it? I have done nonstop reading being sure of how I am caring for them. Thanks.

I sometimes do it (hijack a thread) first and get the thread entirely deleted.

Maybe someone should pray for me.
