Got 3 hatched stsrting 3sm

well 12 of my 16 are living for 24 hours now
2 of the remaining 4 did not pep the other 2 died due to not helping early enough
i had to help 7 of the 12 out of the shell, 6 of those have black and white color looking like a penguin will post a pic of them later
