I grew up in a family of bird watchers. Recently I opened a North American bird identification book published in 1966. I'm old fashioned and prefer print over the web most times. I was blown away after only looking over a couple pages! How can there be so many different birds???

I'm excited to learn more and know the learning will never end and that's ok😊

Hello fellow bird lover!
My bird feeders go all year long, i have built many bird houses and am a natural gourd grower.
My goal is still to attract a Purple Martin colony to my farm.
I love to listen to bird song and pick out and identify who is saying what.
Welcome to the backyard!

Welcome! :frow I also love birdwatching. I couldn't tell you how many books I have on birds. Lets just say a LOT!! My sister and I like to take birdwatching trips with our cameras. She does bird photography as a hobby but could be pro. I am an amateur but enjoy it and that's what counts. Just got into chickens in this spring and loving it. :love
