HELLO, from the North GA Mountains

New guy here, have lurked for awhile. Have had chickens for a couple years,working on the second set of chicks. Our various critters finally took a toll. We run mostly RIR and Barred Rock, this is our first try at Batams, here on my little patch of heaven. I have discovered the cheapest form entertainment a Grandpa can have. A 4 year old grandson, 10 chicks, and tube full of crickets.

CarolJ We live in Dahlonega,been here now 10 years, but have been in and out since 85, both the boys were born and schooled here. At least they are considered locals(or Nuggets). I'll always be a transplant but that's okay.
