Dear feathered friends lovers, I've been sneaking around your forums quite a while and finally I decided to register!

Though I do not have enough space for raising chicken, I have been raising quail for the past few years and after my office job I find it a very satisfying hobby.

I am from Malta so we have migratory common quail twice a year. Breeding this species is quite a common hobby but I've decided to go beyond and try to breed those species of quail that are not common around here.

Looking forward to meet plenty of new enthusiasts!
 
Nice to have you. I had 2 friends I worked with from Malta. They were brother-in-laws and both pipefitters.
What a beautiful island you live on.
Raising birds is very therapeutic.

Good luck to you on your venture raising new quail breeds. You may also be interested in the Quail Thread which can be found under the brown Forum tab at the top of the screen then "Other backyard poultry"
