Good afternoon all,

We are currently building a coop and run for a new family of ladies. It has been a super exciting journey thus far and likely not possible at all without BYC as I got so many Ideas and so much information from the various posts and designs I looked at here.

Has anyone had any experience with the NOVOgen Browns? Are they similar to the ISA browns?

Thanks for all the advice so far and I'm sure the answers to the millions of other questions Ill have.

Where are the Novogen browns from? I've not heard of them before now.

Theres a Hatchery Not far from where I live, Morris Hatchery, that sells them as one of their "laying" breeds. From what I have been able to research on them they seem to be a smallish French hybrid (isn't that where the ISA Browns also come from?) which are capable of producing upward of 400 large brown eggs per season. I only start seeing info on them about 2 years ago but still not a lot out there.
