We left TN for AL to get a way from so many deed restrictions prohibiting farm animals (except horses) out in the rural areas. When the farmer sold his land as small tracts he put in the deed restrictions to make the land more valuable for some city folks that wanted to live in the country and not be bothered with country sounds. Sad. Wishing you well.
