Hello from upstate New York

I am new here - I have three Indian Runner ducks and a mixed breed duck (Runner x Mallard?) that are my return to waterfowl... I have to visit my sister for a chicken fix as her kids love when I visit as cleaning the coop is high on my list and there is nothing like the fresh eggs! The ducks are my pets.

I love watching my flock foraging and playing in their pool... it is pretty relaxing stuff!

At home I have my hubby (non-animal lover other than "his" dog - the yellow Lab), two sons (one in college, one off to college in September), five horses (a Morgan filly, a Modern Shetland filly, and three American Miniature Horses), a small herd of Checkered Giant rabbits (and the scratches on my arms bear witness to that fact), a small herd of Holland Lop rabbits (both breeds I show), a German Shorthaired Pointer and a yellow Lab and two cats so my animal family is big.
