Hi all,

I'm a chicken-mum wannabe. No chickens yet, but I've been enjoying this site (especially all the wonderful pictures of the feathered girls and boys - and the coops!) that I had to join. This a great site with a lot of great information.

Thanks to all for the welcome. I would love to have girls now, but I live in a small rural town which doesn't allow them (sigh). I'm looking to buy a place with acreage so that I can build a palatial coop and enjoy spending with my pet chickens! I love this site as I am getting all sorts of ideas for a mixed flock. BYC rules!
