hello from Virginia

Hello everyone. I am in southwestern Virginia and currently have 16 chickens which include white leg horns,buff orpingtons, and americaunas. Never thought I'd have chickens since I'm originally from the city but I have found that I absolutely love it. I plan on expanding my flock in the spring.

Glad you could join the flock! I too never thought I would have chickens as I was absolutely petrified of birds until we got a couple of sex link hens and they grew on me. Then there was no stopping me after that with them!! Lovely to hear you're enjoying your flock too, that's a lovely mix of breeds you have there.
