Hello from VT

Hi everyone!
I have been browsing on BYC for a while now, and I have been so thrilled with how helpful and knowledgeable everyone is. I have no chickens at the moment, but I will be getting 6 chicks on or around the 26th. 2 golden wyandottes, 2 silver wyandottes and 2 delawares. I have a question for all the seasoned folks on here...What is the one thing that you wish you knew when you started with chickens. Since this is my first time, although I have researched quite a bit, I would love to know what would have been most helpful to know for first timers. Can't wait for everyones response. So excited to be part of BYC.
