My name is Ilian, I’m a mom of two; I’m a veterinary technician who dreams of having a micro farm one day.
I love to bake and cook, I’m a homestead enthusiast. Gardening is definitely not my forte but I just keep swimming LOL
I am relatively new to chickens, well I had them growing up, but I’m an adult now with a family of my own; and this is the first time I venture into chickens on my own.
I acquired 15 chicks, a mix of Black Jerseys, Speckled Sussex, Rhode Island Reds and Barred Rocks.
My favorite part about raising chickens is obviously the eggs, the manure they leave for my compost bin, they eat bugs and how cute they are, and ive met some with pretty awesome personalities.
