Hi folks,

Just a short note to say Hi to you all and hope to learn from you.

Our little flock consists of:
  1. Two Barred Rock
  2. Two Rhode Island (red)
  3. Two Buff Orpington

Our RIR behave like missiles in terms of speed. They are, at least, 2X or 3X faster than the rest in terms of stealing foods or running. Is this normal behavior?
Our Barred Rocks are very laid back.
The Buffs are the largest and will occasionally discipline the RIR when they get too nasty.

I've only had chickens for 2 months, so can't answer your questions, but my littlest OE runs around like a maniac!
