Backyard flock consisting of 1 Seabright Bantam (hen, Pretty cute), 2 Turkens (pullets,one red one black, Turkey and Goose respectively), 2 Silkies (straight run,1 black, 1 white Mumble and Bubble), 3 Polish (straight run, 1 black laced, 1 copper laced, 1 buff laced, Puff, Scratchy, and Duck), 1 Polish\Silkie cross (straight run, white, Misfit), 1 Frizzle (straight run, white, Marie). I love my chickens but, they are not laying very well yet and my husband keeps threatening the stew pot for them if they do not pick up production soon 
They haven't laid well yet but, I have faith and keep pointing out that his koi cost more for one summer than my chickens do all year and that eventually my girls (fingers crossed) will give us eggs!!!
