Hello from Washington state

hello! I currently have a free range flock of about 25 chickens, not including the 10 chicks in the other rooms waiting to feather out to be put back outside wi the others.
We also have 5 turkeys and 2 goats.
I have no idea what I am doing, I am just trying to do whatever is best.
I now I am usually wrong but mean well.
