Hello from Washington

I've been pouring over information and coop designs for a month & finally decided to register. No chickens yet--no coop yet. I'm refreshing my memory on raising chickens (we had them when I was a girl) and beginning to collect supplies to build a coop.

I'm in Skagit County, near Bellingham, Washington and have definitely decided on Easter Eggers and Ameraucans. The farm I'm getting them from says they will take back any boys & trade for new chicks. From what I've seen so far on this board, I'm going to need help from you folks to tell the gender of the EEs!
