Hello from the Cooper family! We were just gifted 8 lovely girls, coop and all from good friends who unfortunately had to relocate. A couple of days of adjustment, and the hens are as happy as can be! It is a lot of fun taking care of the chickens and also a challenge meeting their needs for the winter. The kids love collecting the eggs and we found a new breakfast cook! We are happy to be a part of BYC and are looking forward to learning everything we can from all the members.

Hey chickenman from Syracuse, NY. Whatta ya got? Heck I've driven to Alden and Amsterdam. What breeds you into? Or are you just a plain O' chickenman?

I plan to hatch some Delawares and Cuckoo marans come spring. Got other breeds but not hatching those. Can only keep so many roosters ya know.
