Hello from Whidbey Island Washington

Hello, I don't have any chickens yet, but i am planning on getting some chicks in the beginning of the year. I have had a lot of experience with a wide variety of animals, but never had chickens. I want to learn as much as i can about them.
We want to have our own eggs and have some nice happy chickens that we can handle, love and spoil
